Install Orchestrate in your Salesforce org

Orchestrate ships in two managed packages: a small Connector dependency first, then the main app. Install both into the same Salesforce org.

Part 1 — Install the Connector (~1 min)

  1. Click the Open Connector install button below. Salesforce opens in a new tab.
  2. Sign in with your Salesforce admin credentials.
  3. Choose Install for Admins Only — least-privilege default. You can extend access to specific users via permission sets after setup.
  4. Click Install and wait for the success page.

Part 2 — Install Orchestrate (~2 min)

  1. After the Connector install completes, click Open Orchestrate install below.
  2. Sign in (if not already signed in).
  3. Choose Install for Admins Only.
  4. Click Install and wait for the success page. Post-install runs automatically — we auto-assign you the Revecast Orchestrate User and Billing Admin permission sets so you can reach the Setup wizard without extra Setup-UI clicks.

Part 3 — Open the app + run the Setup wizard (~5 min)

  1. Open the app. App Launcher → search “Revecast Orchestrate” → the app opens on the Setup tab automatically.
  2. Run the Setup wizard. Two steps:
    • Connect cloud callback — auto-creates a small External Client App in your org. Silent, ~5 seconds, no admin interaction.
    • Set up secure connection — issues your connection certificate. The wizard walks you through importing it to Setup › Certificate Management.
  3. Once the wizard reports Setup complete, navigate to the Sessions tab and start your first session.
